We’re finalizing pricing alongside our first Hub build-out. Waitlist members get exact founding-member pricing by email before it’s shared anywhere else — see Pricing for the plan structure.
We’re only offering 50 Founding Member spots. Each one gets a hand-numbered card (001–050) and a perk that never expires: every 6th wash free, for as long as you’re a customer — plus your founding-member rate locked in for good. Spots are assigned in the order people join the waitlist, so once all 50 are claimed, that’s it.
Yes — Jacksonville is home to a lot of military and first responder families, and we’re building a standing discount for exactly that community, from a veteran-owned company.
A premium doorstep pickup-and-delivery tier is planned as a future add-on, after our neighborhood Hub model is up and running. Founding members will hear about it first.
Yes — plans are designed to be paused or canceled anytime, with no long-term contract.
